I just tested positive! So excited but the gynae visit is not another week away. How do I know the pregnancy is going well?

Congrats!! As long as no bleeding all's good and even if theres slight bleeding it might be normal too so just call clinic if there's any bleeding. Otherwise just relax and rest well and look forward to your first visit! :)
