yup. it will be panadol and 1week on nsaids like ponstan. still bf category safe. but if u have higher pain tolerance, then try not to take. but i still take diligently for 1week. without it, i would prolly stay in bed the whole week 😅

You should be able to as the doctor would know you’re breastfeeding so would prescribe appropriate medication 👍🏽
