Recovery after Natural birth at TMC

My recovery after natural birth was easy n fast .. docs will give strong painkillers.. i had an episiotomy cos i got some tearing so kinda hard to sit down without feeling some pain..but still all the pain can be managed

I took the painkillers for the first few days which means no pain at all... after I stopped, only felt a bit discomfort like soreness at that area. I didn’t have any issue sitting or feeling any cramps.

After birth pain is just mild like period cramps. And yes hospitals do gives you painkiller if you ever need it.
