Motion sickness

Hi all, can I know how do you all overcome motion sickness? I have bad motion sickness with current pregnancy at 7 weeks. I could not really get out of house as every step makes me giddy. 😔

That’s not motion sickness. It might be low blood sugar or low blood pressure. Please go see doctor!
