Brown discharge

I have been having brown discharge with a bit of tissue on and off from 8 weeks until 18 weeks now. It’s only when I poop, I get the discharge from vagina when I wipe. I did not have any such issues for my 1st one. Doc says baby is normal and growing well. But every time I see this discharge , I go worried. Any mums who have experienced similar cases ?
