Brown discharge

I have been having brown discharge with a bit of tissue on and off from 8 weeks until 18 weeks now. It’s only when I poop, I get the discharge from vagina when I wipe. I did not have any such issues for my 1st one. Doc says baby is normal and growing well. But every time I see this discharge , I go worried. Any mums who have experienced similar cases ?

I had the same for a few days around week 25. Read online that straining to poop can cause it. Mine happened after a bout of hardcore sneezing. It went away on its own, now 28 weeks and fine.

how brown is the discharge? if it’s light brown it’s quite normal. i ever had coffee brown kind of discharge before, that kind is concerning
