Constipation during pregnancy - Trimester 2

I just had a bad constipation, and I strained quite hard to clear my bowel. I felt some sore and bulge in my vagina area. One side of the labia (the lip of my vagina) was swollen. Not sure if it’s a concern? And if the swell goes down should be ok right? Currently I’m about 20weeks pregnant.

Sounds like haemorrhoids.. i use to get them frequently when i was preg too.. dont strain urself too much if bt itl get more worse
