Ugh.. constipation!

About 10 weeks now and I’m still having constipation every time I want to pass a bowel :( it hurts so bad and at times, it’s there but it can’t pass through. Plus, I only feel like I have to go every 3 days. Need some tips on how to reduce constipation although I know it’s common to have, usually in the first trimester. Thanks in advance ?

2 bananas and lots of water or fluid helps! Also generally fruits with lots of fiber and veggies too!

Take more fiber. Also I took probiotics to help me. U may want to try yakult.

Eat food thats high in fibre like wholegrain bread, banana and almonds

Prune juice! More fibre intake, fruits. Also water parade~~~

Eating yoghurt in the morning works for me! :)

Drink more water and eat banana..

I drink lots lots water. but prune juice very hard to drink. make me feeling puke
