Constipation

Hi anyone strain very hard to poop? I am now 11+2. I took 30mins to clear my bowel. I was using all my strength to poop. Then had slight pain at my lower abdomen. But after few mins went away. The last time I felt this was when during my confinement 2 years back. The pain of pooping ☹️ I was so afraid it’ll lead to miscarriage
