I am 5 months pregnant and currently on probation on my new job. I just received a letter from my employer that I am terminated and they will not be confirming me. They gave reasons that I did not meet up to expectations. What should I do? Can I still claim for my maternity benefits?

You can only claim maternity benefits if you have worked for your employer for at least 3 continuous months. Therefore, in this case, you are not eligible. http://www.mom.gov.sg/faq/maternity-leave/can-an-employer-dismiss-a-pregnant-employee-from-her-job
