My husband smokes about 10 cigarettes a day. He has tried to quit in the past but has been unsuccessful. His smoking increases with stress and lately there has been a lot of stress in his office. I don't like to nag him always but want to help him with quitting. Any tips?

I believe few things come from within and need a lot of will power. You might push and encourage your husband to quit smoking but till the time he himself has self-control no amount of nagging or pestering would help. Keep trying though! Ask him to try out nicotine patches and distract himself when he feels like taking a puff.
