My husband smokes about 10 cigarettes a day. He has tried to quit in the past but has been unsuccessful. His smoking increases with stress and lately there has been a lot of stress in his office. I don't like to nag him always but want to help him with quitting. Any tips?

Ask him to try meditation for a regular of few weeks which will help him to control over the mind to control smoke
