My husband smokes about 10 cigarettes a day. He has tried to quit in the past but has been unsuccessful. His smoking increases with stress and lately there has been a lot of stress in his office. I don't like to nag him always but want to help him with quitting. Any tips?

hypnosis or medicine will be the best ways to try if he's increasing and not decreasing is nicotine intake. But... does he actually want to quit? If not, it's going to be nearly impossible. If hes serious try Champix if it's legal where you are.
