hey mum, to be honest, do not expect to lose any weight at all while you are breastfeeding, and in fact, be prepared to gain more! Sorry to tell you this though. once you stop feeding, it is then that you will really be able to start on a weight loss routine. in the meanwhile, avoid eating too much salt or sugar, as well as avoid having processed foods. i lost 27 kgs in 2 years after my second baby was born, and without any gymming or crash dieting. https://www.theindusparent.com/how-i-lost-more-than-25-kilos-without-gymming

Specially after breastfeeding you should start diet.I lost 20kg after childbirth with the help of yoga, roti, green tea..i absolutely for that what is sweets..didn't even see for 10months.. Have lots of fruits after 30 min of breakfast. 2 roti in the morning with some vegetables, lunch 1roti with some boil vegetables and fish or egg white (its optional) no potato. In the evening evening green tea n 2 biscuits. Dinner around 8:30 2roti n vegetable curry. You can have dalia and oats.

Most breastfeeding mummies wiĺl tell you that breastfeeding will help you shed those weight fast. Aside from that, eat moderately and healthly. Use baby as your weigh and exercise with him at home. Take walks with your baby and husband on off days and have plenty of rest whenever you rest. Most importantly, do not compare yourself with another mum. Different people have different bodies, so what works for them may not work for you.

Be patient with yourself that's most important. The weight took 9 months to get there so give it some time to shed off. Take superfoods. Food that are high in nutrients and low in calorie. Try not to indulge in empty calories i.e. chocolates are high in calories but don't fill you up neither does it have nutrients. Breastfeed, drink plenty of water and exercise!

Patience. your body took 9 months to put on weight and expand. you need to give it them to lose the weight and shrink back in size. losing weight too fast is also not a good thing. sudden weight lose will have stretch marks too!

Exclusively breastfeeding (latching or pumping), healthy diets (e.g. consume more vege and fruits) and light exercise (e.g. jogging, swimming) after birth are good ways to lose weight after childbirth.

Nothing beats a healthy, well balanced diet and some exercise if you manage to squeeze some time out for it. Breastfeeding burns about 200 to 500 calories but its not enough to rely on that alone.
