How can you say you're "Burnt out" and how do you get by it?

whether you're burnt out of work or being a mommy or either of the two, burnt out manifests when you no longer find joy in doing things you mostly enjoy before. You also willingly set aside important things because you are frequently tired. Being burnt out may lead to physical symptoms like frequent headaches, worst, at times you intently tell others of your physical pains to avoid doing the work you supposedly do. Lastly you just want to stay away from the main reason why you feel burnt out. I hope it helps
