I would pack dish washing liquid is small travel bottles from daiso and bottle sponge in ziplock bags. If you need to santize the bottles, you can get the Medela sanitizing bag however, you would need a microwave. Some baby rooms in shopping malls may have a microwave. https://www.medelabreastfeedingus.com/products/850/quick-clean-micro-steam-bags Alternatively, pack extra bottles? If you are breastfeeding, consider direct latching for zero washing up!

I just rinse w the hot water / shake / swirl the bottle w hot water - at the dispenser in the infant room, u may kana ur fingers pain tho. Then I put in ziplock and put inside my cooler bag - which contains my pack of milk n ice packs. Save space and use milk bag, then this method can last u 2-4 pumps. I do it v occasionally but baby is alright. If ur cooler bag is big enough/ ur bag is big enough, u can bring another set of pumps etc

Lol, im a very rugged mom, i feed baby, and immediately rinse them to minimized the residue sticking in the bottle. I realize if its not wased immediately it will be harder to wash. Otherwise i normally go to starbucks or mac whatever i can find, ask for hot water, shake and rinse. Thats just me.
