parenting differences with husband

How can you say that your parenting with your husband is on fairgrounds knowing that a mother's duty totally outweighs that of the husband?

I guess you must not think that way, though we may be the ones who's left at home to do endless chores and nurturing of our child/ren, we must also take in consideration the role of fathers. If you're feeling that something is not fair, you must bring this to the knowledge of your husband. He may not be so sensitive like us, and they don't like predicting what's in our minds. But if fairness is what you're askin we cannot totally compare the two roles (in my opinion) because both roles are important yet both roles have different emphasis and value in a family.
