Confinement bathing

I used herbal bath and bath daily! Alternative days wash hair but blow dry immediately once done. I prepared the herbal water in the morning and use it during the noon. Try not to bath at night as it’s more chilly. Just boil the herbal packet in a pot, let it simmer over the fire, wait for it to cool down, pour into a pail and add more hot water when going to bath (depending how much you need).
