When I’m angry with my husband,naglilinis ako ng bahay or naghuhugas ng pinggan😅(Mas nakakapag isip isip kasi ako at nagiging rational). When I’m angry with other people,I just ignore them or I talk to my husband. Talking to him calms me down
I don't have a hard time letting out my anger. I just cry and cry and cry. It helps me to release all the tension inside me.
By venting out in a paper pero depende sa tao :)
