Hi to all preggy mommies out there. Wag po kayo masyado magpaka stress about earthquake kahapon. Yes, it's understandable naman na nagwoworry kayo about your little one. I, myself also experienced earthquake when I was pregnant but my baby turned out fine. Hindi ako naligo or uminom ng tubig na kadalasang sinasabi ng mga elders na dapat gawin dahil mabubugok daw yung baby sa loob, which is not true. In addition, yung mga nabasa po nating screenshots dito na nagsasabi na earthquake can cause premature birth is only applicable sa mga mommies na naka experience ng major earthquake (yung sila mismo nandun sa lugar na apektado talaga) due to stress, anxiousness and other environmental factors.

True. Wala din akong ginawa nung lumindol. Hindi rin ako naligo or uminom ng water kasi busy ako pawalain sakit ng ulo ko at inaantok. Di rin kasi ako aware na lindol na pala yung nangyayare. Akala ko naglilikot lang sister ko sa taas ng double deck lol. :)

All of the above pero for me in my first baby ung worst is ung birth😭 Dugo at pawis nung nasa delivery room ako,2hrs ka ba naman iri ng iri😂 Okay na sana nung lumabas,ung tahi na naman ang masakit😭 Grabe pero worth it tlga ang sakripisyo para sa anak.

Anong ugali ng asawa nyo ang pinaka ayaw nyo? ?

Disoras na ng gabi asa baba pa para mag ML pa dn. Inaaway ko na sya sinasabi ko pagka panganak ko at gnyan pa din ugali nya wala pa din sense of responsibility mag hiwalay na kami. Tutal wala naman siyang kwenta e.
