How to increase BM

How do I increase my BM? Just started pumping and only managed to pump max 20ml every session. Am I being impatient.. or are there any ways to increase milk?

If it’s your first few days of pumping, it’ll take time for supply to come. For me, I did the post natal massage which includes the breast massage and unblocking of the ducts which actually increased the supply after. I’m also trying bakes from milkforbubs at instagram, you can check them out. Also, pump on a regular basis to keep the supply coming!

Hi! Can I check when did ur supply increase? I’m also having low supply in week 2 :( Wondering if supply will increase in week 3
