Oh that must have been scary, especially being so far along. I had something similar in my second trimester and it turned out I just wasn't drinking enough water and my iron levels were a bit low, so once I got on top of those things it settled down. Third trimester is when things can shift quite a bit, so I'd really suggest following up with your gynae or PD to check your iron, blood sugar and hydration levels properly, since the A&E doc didn't pinpoint a cause. In the meantime, small frequent meals, lots of water throughout the day, and avoiding sudden position changes (like getting up too fast) helped me feel less dizzy and faint. Fingers crossed it's something simple to manage for the rest of your pregnancy.
