If there is fever, baby is fussy then it's quite likely to be hfmd. Mine had hfmd recently too, but don't worry too much it is usually quite harmless. You can bring baby to doctor for proper assessment, however it will go away on its own after about a week. Take care!
If no fever most probably not HFMD. Apply moisturizer very 3hrs see if it helps. My boy ever have rashes without fever, PD advise apply moisturizer n monitor. It might due to allergic. Consult doctor asap when clinic is open
My bb there earlier also say have jn temp is 37.4 monitor tues bring her see doc if liddat
