Hi mummies, it seems i got post natal depression. I feel angry all the time .. I feel like running away from doing same work whole day feeding, changing diapers.. What to do how to come out from this depression??? Very frustrating!

Do you have help from anyone in the house? If yes, try to let other to help you to do some baby related stuff instead of yourself getting involved in everything. Sometimes when we not getting enough sleep or rest we will be the one who is getting cranky and angry. If there is no help, try to talk to hubby if want to hire additional helper or maid to ease the burden in the baby and housework.
