lower abdominal pains

Hello mommies,I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I'm having lower abdominal pains or contractions ?,should I be worried or it's normal?

You could be experiencing braxton hicks contractions. They are irregular pains but if it becomes regular, do go to the hospital.
