lower abdominal pains

Hello mommies,I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I'm having lower abdominal pains or contractions ?,should I be worried or it's normal?

You could be experiencing braxton hicks contractions. They are irregular pains but if it becomes regular, do go to the hospital.

They are irregular but just wanted to be on the safe side.. thank you
