abdominal cramps at 17weeks

Hi guys, im worried about my wife.. She is having abdominal pains on her left side, claims its 'dull pain' that seems uncomfortable... Should i be worried? Or is it normal? Please help.. Contemplating to go KKH straight or Poly first..
