Can't drink water during confinement?

Heard from my colegaue that youre not suppose to drink water during confinement? Suppose to drink some herb water? Is that right?

Nnnope not right. It’s a total myth. You need to drink lotsof water to hydrate and eat healthy food to produce breastmilk. Need to drink and eat well. Need to bathe and keep yourself clean everyday too.
