Can't drink water during confinement?

Heard from my colegaue that youre not suppose to drink water during confinement? Suppose to drink some herb water? Is that right?

we need loads of water to hydrate ourselves and replenish for breastfeeding. in terms of herb that's red dates drink that helps to Increase breast milk supply.
