Bad complexion (breaking out) during pregnancy

Hi guys! Any of you facing breakouts during your pregnancy? I’m at 22 weeks and people always talk about pregnancy glow but I’m constantly breaking out. I’m having a boy btw (not sure if it has to do with baby gender?)
