Breakouts around neck area

Hi I’m 22+ weeks and I have been experiencing breakouts around my chin earlier in the pregnancy but now it has went on to my neck and it’s a lot. Any remedy or cream I can apply that’s safe for pregnancy? Thx

This is usually just hormone and will go away after delivering. If you are concerned you can go to dermatologist and ask for recommendation
