When should I announce my pregnancy to my close family and close mentor?

understand your concerns! for myself, we told close family before 12 weeks, for them to share in our joy and also keep us in prayer together. also they are people we would be comfortable sharing miscarriage news with should anything unfortunate happen. whereas all other friends/colleagues we only told after the 12 week mark, where pregnancies are generally more stable and less likely to miscarriage
