Water ?

Some people use it to wean baby (more than 6 months old) off night feeds. They start to dilute the milk, so that baby doesn’t like it and eventually stops drinking milk in the middle of the night.

When 6 months onwards and already eating solids , we give water also at night

Prevent constipation when they are eating solids

No as my LO is 4mo now, only bm is given

Not yet as still breastfeeding.
