I really feel you on this, the postpartum period is already so overwhelming and then seeing those stretch marks getting more visible on top of everything else can feel quite discouraging. My stretch marks actually got more noticeable a few weeks after delivery too, so you are definitely not alone in this. A friend of mine tried a similar two-step routine and she said her skin felt much more hydrated and the marks looked a little less angry over time, though she did mention consistency is key. Just be gentle with yourself, your body did something incredible and healing takes time lah.
