Coffee During Confinement

Does any of you still drink just 1 cup of coffee during confinement or breast feeding period? Now I'm in my 3rd trimester and I still drink just 1 cup of coffee a day. If I don't drink I will have a very bad headache. Worried what will happen if I drink when I bf

You can drink in moderation. 1 cup a day seems fine
