is it ok to drink a cup of hot/ice coffee a day?

during my first and second pregnancy i've not started to drink coffee. i'm not a heavy drinker just need 1 cup each day. so is it safe?

I still drink coffee from time to time. If you’re worried maybe try decaf every alternate days.

1 cup a day sounds fine. They say you can have coffee during pregnancy but in moderation

Yes it’s fine! I had one cup per day. Now increase to 3. Motherhood right?
