Coffee During Confinement

Does any of you still drink just 1 cup of coffee during confinement or breast feeding period? Now I'm in my 3rd trimester and I still drink just 1 cup of coffee a day. If I don't drink I will have a very bad headache. Worried what will happen if I drink when I bf

I weaned off coffee easily as I was a tea drinker. Duieng the course of my pregnancy I avoided all caffeine other than milo and chocolate

Nope I don't. Stopped coffee once I know I'm pregnant, and all the way when I'm breastfeeding

U can still drink but bf or pump two hours later so got to time your coffee intake... :)

I drink coffee once a day since pregnancy and breastfeeding. No issue for my baby.

i cut off coffee once i know i'm pregnant...and didnt drink till after i stopped BF..

I drink whenever I feel like it, am still BF my LO who is turning 13m soon.

You can drink in moderation. 1 cup a day seems fine
