Did you all use herbal bath or the lemongrass shower gel for confinement?

I used a confinement herbal bath which I ordered online. It's called Daifonai. You have to boil the herbal packets in water and bathe with the hot water. It made my body feel warm after bathing with the herbal water. To be honest, I prefer just using warm water to bathe.
