Goat milk has smaller fat globules and lower levels of α‑S1‑casein, which may form softer curds and be easier to digest for some children. However, clinical studies show that both goat and cow milk-based formulas are nutritionally complete and generally well tolerated in healthy infants. For most children without feeding issues, either option is suitable.
