Normal birth chances

Currently 36 weeks pregnant with my first baby but fetal weight is estimated at 3.2kgs. Extremely nervous, any tips for me?

Don't worry! The estimated weight is never accurate. My friend had all her babies had 4kg & above and 5 of her births were vaginal birth. 2 tips : Don't scream and never lift up your butt while pushing to avoid a big tear.
