Breech 38 weeks

Currently 38weeks 2 days, first pregnancy and its a breech baby. Baby bum is down and head is at top in a sitting position. Baby weight is currently 3.1kg. Dr say baby chances might not turn but some experience baby will turn on its own. Any tips other than exercises to flip the baby? Or is it too late?
