Been craving for Salmon, 😀 anyone know if smoke salmon are ok to consume during 1St trim or during the whole pregnancy?

My gynae mentioned not to take anything smoked. Including smoked salmon or meat. You may want to consult with your doctor if you’re craving it so bad
