You can wash baby tongue every day before bath. You can buy the tool that helps to cleanse baby tongue at kiddy Palace. Or wet cotton wool for baby use. Also can use teething gel if baby is teething. It helps.
Hey, It is because of the teething phase. Please get teething gel and also clean the baby's tongue with cotton swab

Yes, mine too during his 6months.. I think is teething. 6.5months now with 2 little teeth
