Milk intake

Hi, my baby is always cranky while drinking milk the moment we put the bottle in the mouth hes cranky and plays around, hes never enjoying drinking. Always making noises plays around with the bottle nipple. What could be done ?

Quite alot of trial and errors in this. Might be teats not suitable or hes full? not sure how old is he?
