If you were exercising before you got pregnant, it is safe to continue at a comfortable pace. There are women who have exercised all the way until their EDD and even taken part in marathons while pregnant. However, if you have pregnancy complications such as bleeding, threatened miscarriage, weak cervix, low placenta or if you have a medical problem such as asthma, heart conditions or diabetes, it is not advisable to over exert yourself. Swimming, brisk walking, prenatal yoga and low impact aerobics are exercises you can consider. http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/exercise-during-pregnancy
