NUH or KKH (subsidised)?

I went with NUH subsidised route for my no 2. If your pregnancy is uncomplicated, I would recommend that. Not every visit has a scan. actually most visits got no scan, they just check heartbeat past the 1st trimester. Only have detailed scans during the 20 and 32 weeks. But the upside is checks are very quick. From getting there, submitting urine sample, seeing doc to leaving, it normally takes less than an hr. Do note that class b2 is subsidised, above that is considered private. B2 has no air con, but I find the ward sufficiently cool anyway. Your baby would be with u most of the time unless out for checks. All in all, it was a good decision for mothers who alrdy had kids before to go for subsidised route. Would not recommend for 1st time mothers as you may not know what to do or look out for.

Awww mummy I do not want you to freak out like what they did to me. My advice is, if possible, please get Class A so at least you can have your family member with you. The csec procedure is amazing. it's just before and after experience.

I just had emergency csec at KKH in Oct for my firstborn. I would never recommend there 😔my friend shared good experience in NUH where she also had emergency csec
