Anyone tried this lactation red date tea formula before? Can I drink on the 1st day of delivery?

Hi, It is fine but would recommend that you start having it after getting discharged from hospital and back home :)

My hospital provided red dates tea.. Not this lactation 1 though... But i think is ok to drink after delivery.
