mouth sour even not eating
Anyone same as me? Any solution? Is this acid reflux symptom? Very sian everyday like this.

Sounds like acid reflux. Avoid coffee/tea/carbonated drinks/spicy and sour food. Take small meals but more often. Drink water, take antacids if needed
