Possibly ate spoilt food

Hello! Anyone knows what could happen if you realise you ate food that started to turn sour (turn bad)? On first trimester now.

Don’t think anything will happen. You don’t have bad stomachache or diarrhoea right? I accidentally ate expired food during my first trimester and all is good.

i didn’t have stomachache or diarrhea. but i ended up having heavy bleeding which ended up with admission to the hospital. not sure what’s the cause of bleeding. but i guess really need to be careful with food consumption with extra extra caution during first trimester to eliminate “food poisoning”
