When lo going to turn 1yo, her appetite went down. We offered different kind of food for her dinner, either she ate 3-4 mouth or she refuses. Now she is 13.5 month. Any advise? Thank you so much!
I encountered the same issue.
We even went to seek a dietitian. She helped us planned a 30 day meal calendar. The results were great. So maybe you can consider.
